AUTOMATED PANDEMIC RESPONSE PROFILER

Summary

In 2020, as the pandemic was keeping us at home and away from lab, we were looking at ways that we could contribute to the fight against the virus. The idea was simple: knowing the current situation, if we set a goal with respect to the number of hospital beds occupied or other parameters, can we identify whatinterventions (school closures, workplace closures, etc) can get us there? And can we do this more efficiently.
